    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.

    • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

    2. Domestic Shipping (within United States)

    We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping:

      • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/dimensions.

      • Estimated Delivery:  3-5 business days] after processing.

    We currently ship to the United States.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

    • Estimated Delivery: 1-3  business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.

    • Customs Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

    4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

    • You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

    5. Shipping Carriers

    • We primarily ship via USPS for domestic orders only at this time.

    6. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • While we take great care in packaging your order, Bijou Bloom & Isle is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please also notify us at milah@bbandisle.com so we can assist where possible.

    • If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.

    7. Incorrect Shipping Address

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

    • If you realize you've made an error, please contact us immediately at milah@bbandisle.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to amend the address before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

    8. Returns Due to Unclaimed/Undeliverable Packages

    • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
